Beneficial intestinal flora can be depleted by a diet that is low in fiber, high in meat and sugar, by medication taken for illness and infections, by travel and by stress, etc. The result is the disruption of the normal intestinal microflora, which can affect digestion and well being.

Chew 2 tablets 30 minutes after a meal or on an empty stomach followed by 1/2 glass of water 20 minutes before eating.
